Army Body Fat Calculator
Calculate body fat percentage using U.S. Army standards and circumference measurements
The Army Body Fat Calculator uses the U.S. Army's official circumference-based method to estimate body fat percentage. This method is used for military fitness assessments and body composition standards. The calculation differs for males and females and uses specific body measurements to determine if personnel meet Army body fat requirements.
