US Navy Formula

Based on height, waist, and neck measurements (plus hip for women). One of the most accurate body fat calculation methods available.

YMCA Formula

Comprehensive calculation method combining age, gender, height, weight, and waist measurements. Suitable for general adult population.

BMI Estimation

Simplified estimation method based on BMI and age. Relatively lower accuracy, for reference only.

Measurement Tips

• Waist: Measure at navel level during natural breathing

• Neck: Measure at the narrowest point below the Adam's apple

• Hip: Measure at the widest part of the hips (for women)

• Recommended to measure in the morning on an empty stomach for better accuracy

• Take multiple measurements and use the average for improved accuracy
